      PhD students often look after Masters or placement students and help them with their practical work, at the moment I’m working with a placement student who is here for 3 months.

      Last year I chose an intern from my old university to join my company for the summer and I trained him in what I do. He’s coming back to work here again this summer! I’m also being mentored while I work towards being a chartered engineer so once I’m chartered I’d like to mentor young engineers doing the same thing.
