• Question: Do you prefer to work on your own or as part of a team?

      Hi, good question. I’m not sure what the other guys think but I really think engineers work better as part of a team, we are able to bounce off ideas off each other to get the best solution to the problem we are trying to solve. The only time I like working on my own is when I’m thinking through some calculations or specific ideas, I really need to concentrate. 🙂

      I agree with Mo, there are times when you need to focus and concentrate on some aspects of the work but most of the time it’s better to communicate your ideas with others. Two heads are better than one!
