I started in Oceanographic science then moved into marine engineering. To do this I went to University and actually studied two degrees (which is quite unusual). I studied marine biology at the same time as studying engineering and then went to another University to do a masters degree….I love learning new things about engineering and the sea!

I studied Chemical Engineering at university and then did a Masters in Water and Wastewater Engineering. Thankfully I’m working with drinking water and not waste at the moment. Are they any areas of engineering that you’re interested in?

Hi, in my line of work I get involved with all different types of engineering which makes it very exciting. I’m luck to be able to discuss problems with these engineers and get their ideas. If you check out my profile and cv it shows where and what I studied to get to where I am.

I studied aerospace engineering and I would have liked to design aeroplanes but a lot of aerospace jobs involve working in defence like designing missiles which I didn’t want to do so I ended up working for a marine company and I love it!
