      Hi Guys,
Do not be put off from trying or asking questions. Remember everything manufactured has had a thought process put into it. That thought process has been accepted for it to be made. Engineers have to questions those process to make sure they suitable for future and change them correctly if needed.

      Keep going!

Enjoy the challenges, spend time “off” with your colleagues to get to know them better, keep learning and developing your skills.

I’d say to keep at it and if you’re feeling overwhelmed or are unsure of anything, don’t be afraid to ask people for help. In my experience all the senior engineers I’ve worked with have been only too happy to explain things to me or give me advice when I’ve needed it.
