• Question: who mentored you to be an engineer?

      Hi Littlehelper, thanks for the question. I was mentored by my work colleagues, I think they saw I had the potential to become an good engineer. I remember one senior manager telling me I had the right skills to plan ahead and solve problems. When I wanted to become a professional engineer I was mentored by my Uncle who was a Professional metallurgist, he helped me to get the next level needed to become a professional. When I achieved this I was proud.

      Hello littlehelper
      I’ve had some great support from my supervisors while I’e been studying, they help to keep me on the right track. I have also been influenced by my Dad who is also an engineer.
